All Visits Are by Appointment Only

Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. You are required to complete intake forms and a few questionnaires. This way we can answer any additional questions you have, prior to your appointment.

 

Please provide all the relevant documentation, medical reports etc to the receptionist, for them to be scanned or entered in our system.

 

Please note that you will be required to wear appropriate clothing to be able to expose the area that will be treated. We provide medical gowns and shorts that are hygienic for use while at the clinic.

 

After the treatment session, please book your follow up appointments with the reception.

We do our best to be on time for the appointments. On rare occasions we may fall behind on time due to the unpredictable nature of our profession. Please speak with our front desk staff, should you have any concerns.
